At Altrincham FC, we want you to be fully satisfied with your official club merchandise, which is why we offer a 28-day return policy for all items in their original condition. Please note that personalized shirts and items with custom printing cannot be returned unless they are found to be faulty.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return, or contact our retail team via email with your order number.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Ensure all items are in their original packaging with tags still attached. Include a copy of your packing slip or a note with your order details inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship to the Stadium

  Send your package via a tracked service to our official club shop at The J. Davidson Stadium. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our retail team inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
